LIMITED OPERATIONS FOR ALL REGIONS

Effective August 24, 2020, our Guam branches, with the exception of Andersen branch, will be closed until further notice. Our CNMI branches will continue to accept new accounts and personal loans by appointment only. When scheduling an appointment, provide your full name, contact number, email address, and desired branch and time you wish to visit. You can also apply online for a personal loan here.

These locations will be exercising additional social distancing measures. For the safety of our customers and employees, persons who are experiencing respiratory illness, including fever and cough, are prohibited from entering. Customers accompanied by children must have their children with them at all times. Our security team will be on hand to help limit the number of customers in these branches to the maximum of 50 as directed by orders issued by local authorities.

To better serve you, we have temporarily raised our Mobile Check Deposit transaction limits to 6 per business day with a limit amount of $6000 per business day and 15 per month with a limit amount of $15,000 per month.

LOAN PAYMENT RELIEF

Personal Loans & Credit Cards

In keeping with our commitment to do our part to put our people first, Bank of Guam has implemented a deferment program for all our customers with existing Consumer Loans and Personal Credit Cards.  All Personal Loan payments will be deferred for 3 months, regardless of account status.  All Personal Credit Card payments will be deferred for May, June, and July, also regardless of account status.
