These locations will be exercising additional social distancing measures.  Our security team will be on hand to help limit the number of customers in these branches to the maximum of 50 as directed by orders issued by local authorities.

LOAN PAYMENT RELIEF

In keeping with our commitment to do our part to put our people first, Bank of Guam has implemented a deferment program for all our customers with existing Consumer Loans and Personal Credit Cards.  All Personal Loan payments will be deferred for 3 months, regardless of account status.  All Personal Credit Card payments will be deferred for May, June, and July, also regardless of account status.

Although we have limited hours of operations, our branch network remains open and our teams are ready to assist you. We have taken extra steps to ensure our locations are cleaned frequently and our employees follow the recommendations from the CDC to prevent the spread of this virus.
